The Welcome Aboard Photography web site uses online forms to collect personal information in the following ways.
E-Card System
The e-card system simply uses your name (first name is only required) and an e-mail address. This information is stored in a secure database for 15 days before being deleted. The information that you provide to us is used in no other way except to simply send the recipient that you specify an e-mail with a link to the e-card containing a message.
Contact Us Form
The contact form only requires that you provide us with your name and e-mail address. This is used for e-mail correspondence only. Your name and e-mail address may be added to the Welcome Aboard contact list.
Our Policy
Welcome Aboard Photography will not sell, rent or trade personal information that it has gathered. We will provide legal authorities with information when necessary.
